BASIC INFORMATION:
- In addition to traditional office sessions and phone sessions, on occasion and for an
extra fee (mileage + driving time), I may also offer a home or hospital visit.
- OFFICE SESSIONS: The initial session is 90-120 minutes in length. After that, session
length is 75 minutes. Please come prepared to get to work!
- PHONE SESSIONS: The initial phone session is 90-120 minutes in length. You should
print the Tapping Points sheet before the session. After the initial call, sessions are one
hour in length.
- EMERGENCY/WEEKEND SESSIONS: Add $25 to the regular cost of phone or office
appointments. Limited availability.
- CANCELLATION FEE: If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24
- hours in advance. You will be charged a $25 "Inconvenience Fee" if you do not call to
cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to come for a scheduled
office visit due to minor illness, lack of childcare or transportation issues, we can often
still work by phone. If you have prepaid, any overpayment resulting from this change will
be refunded promptly.
- SLIDING SCALE FOR THOSE IN NEED: If you are unable to pay the regular
session fee due to reduced income, disability, or other special circumstance,
you will not be turned away. Please note in the Comments section of the
Appointment Request form that you would like to request Sliding Scale Fees.
- All phone sessions should be paid for in advance. For office visits which you will pay for
by credit card, you should pre-pay by going to our Payments page. If you would like to
pay for your office visit with cash or a personal check, you may pay at the time of the
appointment.
- We accept credit cards, Paypal, personal checks ($50 returned check fee) or cash. You
may request a PayPal invoice, if you prefer or if you are paying for multiple sessions at a
discounted rate. For more information, please see the Payments page.

Each 15 minute increment over the scheduled end of a phone session
will be billed at $1/minute. There is a 5-minute grace period.

MY GUARANTEE TO YOU: At your first appointment, we will discuss and define the issue you wish to work on. We will also agree on the signs that will let us know that you are making progress, as well as how we will know that you have succeeded in collapsing that issue. I will advise you how many sessions I believe it will take to resolve your issue. (For many issues, even some complex ones, three sessions or so will be all that are needed.) If your issue is still unresolved at the end of your recommended number of sessions, I will continue to work with you on that issue, AT NO CHARGE, until it is resolved according to our original agreement. |
